Absu verzet veel werk in de studio
Absu verzet momenteel heel wat werk in de studio. De band neemt er het album Abzu op dat de opvolger wordt van het titelalbum Absu uit 2009. De mixing is in handen van J.T. Longoria (King Diamond, Solitude Aeternus). Een releasedatum is nog niet bekend.
Drummer /vocalist Proscriptor wist alvast het volgende te zeggen: “With this record, we are appending dirtier elements of psychedelia and fusion. Lyrically, it will descend deeper into Enki’s lower world as well the Enochian Magic(k) System. I can tell you this album will definitely not be a ‘natural progression’ from previous releases, but a feat of metaphysical conquest and murkiness.”
