Nieuwe band ex-Stratovarius bassist neemt demo op
Mess, de nieuwe heavy metal-band rond bassist Jari Kainulainen
(ex-Stratovarius) heeft een demo opgenomen. Op hun
site zijn twee volledige nummers en een
drietal samples te beluisteren. De band bestaat verder uit drummer Atte
Sarkima (Ajattara, Verenpisara), zanger Tommi "Tuple"
Salmela (Tarot, Cardinant) en gitarist Elias
Viljainen (E.Vil). De opnames werden gemaakt in de Finse Fantom
Studio.
Commentaar van de band:
"These new Mess songs are very riff-oriented metal, occationally like Black
Sabbath and Pantera, but still very unique sounding. With raw vocals
occasionally reaching very high notes and screaming guitar leads that will drill
a hole in your skull as the drum and bass will continuously keep on that
outrageous beat…"
