Doek valt voor napster
Napster moet — in zijn huidige vorm, definitief dicht. Dat heeft
de ‘federal apeal court’ in Amerika besloten.
A federal appeals court sent an injunction
against the Internet music service Napster back to a district court
Monday saying it was “overbroad.”

De dienst Napster zal wel blijven bestaan. Voor het gebruik van deze
dienst, die tegenwoordig in handen is van media gigant Bertelsmann,
zal in de toekomst flink betaald moeten worden.
