Begin volgende maand zal de nieuwe cd van Satyricon uitkomen. Het album wat ‘Volcano’ gedoopt heeft de volgende tracklist:

Binnenkort zullen er op de website van Satyricon een aantal mp3’s van het nieuwe album worden geplaatst.
In een webinterview op website heeft frontman Frost het volgnede over het nieuwe album te zeggen:
“- I perceive Volcano as a very dark, eerie and powerful album. Something I find to be really strange about Volcano is that all the songs are sounding very different, yet there is one distinct feeling that is present in all of them. Musical direction? Black Metal, created and performed with the unmistakable quality and authority of Satyricon.”
