Francesco Masini (Flashback of Anger) overleden
Francesco Masini, de bassist van het Italiaanse Flashback of Anger is overleden ten gevolge van kanker. De band gaf volgende mededeling vrij:
“Dear all, there are things in life that you think can’t happen and when they happen it’s very hard to believe an to be told as simple news; that’s why I’ll be short and direct, because all the words won’t be enough to describe our feeling.
After months of fighting with a terrible cancer, our friend FRANCESCO MASINI (the great bass player of FLASHBACK OF ANGER) has died.
He was not just a great bass player, but he was a fantastic man, a real Viking who never gives up till the end and over… for me and for all the guys of FLASHBACK OF ANGER. he was and he is our best friend, a brother, a piece of our heart… he is a part of us all, that’s why he’ll never really die in our hearts!
He asked FLASHBACK OF ANGER to continue and I personally will try to do all in my possibilities to help the guys to go on and grow and grow to the top, in honour of our big friend.
I’m sure that now, everywhere he is, he is continuing to enjoy the life, even if not on this Earth and if things now should be go better, we all have to say thanks to Francesco cause now is watching and protecting us all!
A special thanks goes to all FLASHBACK OF ANGER guys for the honour I have to be their friend… thanks guys! As told before, words will be never enough or could also be to much… so, goodbye Francesco, we will meet again one day and it will be great to be once more together!
