Hypocrisy Live and Plugged
Al een tijdje staat er op de site van Hypcrisy een vraag aan alle fans
een lijst van favoriete nummers op te sturen. Naar aanleiding van alle
reacties is nu eindelijk het album klaar.
Metal-Rules had er het volgende over te melden:
The fans have spoken! 10 Years of Chaos and Confusion contains your
picks as the best songs from Hypocrisy’s 10-year history. Better yet,
the band re-recorded older songs like “Penetralia”,
“The Fourth Dimension”, “Osculum Obscenum”, “Apocalypse”,
“Left to Rot” and “Pleasures of Molestation” to bring their
production up to 2001 standards. The limited edition first pressing
contains a bonus disc featuring one new song, video clips and the
demo that convinced Nuclear Blast to sign Hypocrisy all those years
ago. All the demo material (eight songs in all) was restored from
old audio cassettes by Dan Swanö (ex-Edge of Sanity, Nightingale).
The release date is slated for August 21st.
