“It’s been a long and fabulous ride but the time has come to shut the Hell City gates behind us… 12 years ago we started this adventure that would take us to places we could only dream about. It allowed us to meet so many great new people, a lot of whom we can call friends now. With 4 albums in the pocket and festivals like Graspop, Alcatraz and Summerbreeze checked off our bucket lists, we can only say it has been fantastic! Nevertheless, the time has come to call it quits for this band. The enormous amount of energy that goes into running this band has become too demanding. This doesn’t mean we’re done with playing music. Most of the band members are still playing together in The Hellbillies and there is also a new heavy project in the making… We would like to thank each and every one of you for the support you’ve given us over the past 12 years! If you’d like to see us one more time, come and check out the final Hell City shows in Bruges (12/10) or in Bilzen (29/11), which will be our goodbye gig. […]”
