Bootlegwaarschuwing voor Elitmusik (update)
Het label verklaart dat het de rechten, de master recordings, het artwork en layout wel op rechtvaardige wijze verwierf, ondanks dat de onderhandelingen niet van een leien dakje liepen.
De originele verklaring kan je hier lezen: ”[…] An exception has been made with this statement as three bands part of the roster of Turannum Productions, concerning these releases in particular:
found it necessary to spread lies about our organization. […]
Negotiations didn’t go smoothly but eventually a deal was finalized and we legally obtained the rights, master recordings, artworks and layouts from this person through our co-worker after paying for all studio expenses, mastering costs, extra gear…. Our organization has even created the layouts for all albums (followed by the bands instructions and approval). But the delay of having these bands albums out we partly can and have to take the blame for.
The fact that the bands, or actually one particular person to be precise, are greedy (cfr: “in it for the money”), wanted to have more, even though the deal was finished, and therefore calls these releases bootlegs, was a real shocker for us.
[…]The bands, or again, this particular person has even tried to go to at least two other different labels, which we know of, with the releases we paid for. Luckily after those companies were contacted by us the deal between the bands and the other labels fell through.
We consider this statement as final and don’t feel the need to have endless discussions in any possible way.[…] Our focus is now going to artists that deserve the attention and the bands mentioned above are definitely not amongst those anymore. […]

Het label Elitmusik heeft bootleg cd-versies uitgebracht van Svartrit – Svarthetens Ridå en Acerbitas – Urkaosets Svarta Vredesdom zonder de toelating van de bands. Bij deze doen zij een oproep om het “hypcriete” label niet langer te steunen.
