Sinds de release van hun laatste studio-album Aspiral (2025) is de Nederlandse symfonische metalband Epica sinds april vorig jaar af en aan op diverse continenten aan het touren ter promotie van het album. Op 7 februari vond de enige show op vaderlandse bodem plaats in de (niet geheel uitverkochte) Ziggo Dome. Voor het Europese deel van de tour staan Amaranthe en Charlotte Wessels’ The Obsession in het voorprogramma. De Zweedse band krijgt zelfs ruim de tijd om een volledige set te spelen, inclusief toegift. Onze fotograaf Victor Peters was er bij namens Zware Metalen en maakte het volgende fotoverslag.
